Although Marc Liron will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all the information within this and his other websites , he shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from use of his site(s).

Marc liron can not be held liable for the content and/or actions of any 3rd party website that is either linked to or recommended.

Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Initial price shown on any product with variants is the lowest price for that item. The final price of an item will depend on the ultimate variant selected. Pricing will always be displayed at checkout showing the final cost of the specific item selected.

Prices shown are Internet only prices, and may not be available other than for orders placed online. The title of the goods will remain the property of Marc Liron until payment is received in full. To protect your security and prevent credit card fraud where possible, I reserve the right to ask for proof of ID and to carry out a credit check where necessary. I accept credit/debit card payments via Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. Credit card payments are debited at the time of order. In the event that Marc Liron is unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable time frame due to insufficient stock, the customer will be notified of an expected delivery date and, should this prove unsuitable to the customer, a full refund will be given. You may supply your credit card information via the Internet shopping cart only - do not submit credit or debit card information via email as this is not a secure method.

Delivery is charges are advertised with each product. For international orders I will advise of additional delivery costs before dispatching your order. Costs will vary from country to country. Products are delivered either direct from my offices or from one of my stock logistics partners.

Goods may be signed for on delivery for products over £100; therefore they cannot be left with neighbours, in garages or at the back door etc. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed on the website or by any other means. Orders placed on-line will receive notification via email if we are unable to process the order. Rejection may be for a number of reasons including, but not limited to, goods no longer being manufactured by the supplier and goods currently being unavailable. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and contact me immediately. I require written notice of the damages within 7 days. Marc Liron shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.

All delivery timescales given are estimates. If your item is not in stock, I will back order for you and inform you of the expected delivery date. However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, your credit card payment will be refunded immediately.

All orders made from the UK are subject to 17.5% VAT. All prices shown on the website include VAT. All returns to be in accordance with our returns policy which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Pictures shown are for illustration purposes only, and may not reflect exactly the current design of the product listed. All trademarks and brands, and their respective owners are acknowledged. By purchasing any product or item you are thereby agreeing to the above stated terms and conditions.

No terms and conditions put forward by the customer in conflict with these terms and conditions shall be incorporated into the contract unless separately agreed in writing and signed on behalf of Marc Liron.

Returns Policy

I operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to me in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If the return is due to an error I have made I will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

Right to Cancel

In addition, under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.

I regret that this does not apply where sealed audio and video recordings or software products have been unsealed.

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. If not then I can only issue a partial refund at my discretion.

I will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to me (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
